    12-week program: Coping with work and Family Stress, A Workplace Intervention (evidence based)

  • COURSE 2: Mindful eating
    10-week program: Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (research based)

  • COURSE 3: Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation (Brought to you by Power Yoga Buffalo)
    1-hour session: Basic class, restore/renew/rebalance, power hour

  • COURSE 4: Creating a healthy mind
    1- hour session: self-care, workplace well-being, mindful eating
